If you have already adopted one of the Bears, or are looking for one on the website, you can have their birth certificate made too. Order it from this listing to have their details printed off: The certificate and its envelope will match your Bear's box design.
These are an extra special addition to an extra special teddy bear you already have. All Bears I make have the option to have a birth certificate.
Approximately A5 in size. Fully printed.
The birth certificate has the Bear's name, product code, weight, birth date, size and colours used. Plus it will state where your bear is in the production numbers. Fill out the form after adding to the shopping cart to complete your order of the Bear's birth certificate. Ideally I need a photo of your bear or the back of their lantern box. Photo uploads must be in a JPEG or PNG format please. Names can be used several times on different bears so a photo helps me to check I'm adding the correct details for your bear.
This listing is for Bears purchased from 1st January 2024.
Once added to the cart, you'll be able to fill out the order form for each Bear's birth certificate. If ordering for more than one bear in one transaction, please make sure the quantity ordered matches the number of bears named on the checkout form.
Certificates are supplied within their matching envelopes and can then be posted to you or you can collect from The Terrace Reception (LN2 1BD)
