Email me on sarah@handmadeteddiescardsgifts.co.uk or click on the 'Contact Sarah' button below and ask for help if you're needing a Bear made just for you. I will email you to order and then, once all details are confirmed, you will get an invoice to pay via bank transfer or online through SumUp.

Made to order bears give you the option to:
...Name the bear.
...Choose their size.
(Small, Medium, Large or Special Edition)
...Choose their colours (limited availability) for the body, feet, bow tie and heart.
...Choose any extra personalisation, e.g. an initial, star, heart, number or crucifix on a foot. (If it's a Special Edition size Bear you're after, you can choose a pattern too, which is sewn onto the Bear's torso.)
...Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working* days before dispatch/collection. Larger orders or busier times of the year will have a longer lead time.
...You can always have a personal message printed on a neck label too!
I will confirm all the details before starting a custom order. Any spelling mistakes or colour changes will result in further charges to rectify the mistake/changes. Please double check all names, information and the details of your bear before you confirm the order.
Custom orders are paid in full before work is started and are exempt from the refund/returns policy unless they are faulty when you receive the item. If you receive an invoice, this must be paid in full before the order is started. Lead times start from the next working day after an order is paid for.

The new 'renaming' option I introduced last year is staying!
Re-name a ready-made Bear that's already in stock - this service is just £2.50 on top of the Bear's price. The Bear's tray and neck label will be made again with the chosen, new name printed on them. Priced per Bear as standard, however, with a sharing tray of two or more Bears in one tray, ALL of the Bears in the tray will be renamed.
