Made to order bears are back! Click on the 'Contact Sarah' button and ask for help if you're needing a Bear made just for you. I will email you to order and then once confirmed, you will get your own listing to pay online before the order is started.

Made to order bears give you the option to:

...Name the bear.

...Choose their size.

...Choose their colours (limited availability).

...Choose any extra personalisation, e.g. an initial, star, heart, number or crucifix on a foot, +£2.50 per character.

...Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working* days before dispatch/collection or you can opt for an expedited service of 4 to 6 working* days, charged at £10 extra, per bear.

...You can always have a personal message printed on a neck label too!

I will confirm all the details before starting a custom order. Any spelling mistakes given may result in further charges to rectify the mistake. Please double check all names, information and the details of your bear before you confirm the order.

A new option I've introduced is to re-name a ready-made Bear that's already in stock - this service is just £2.50 on top of the Bear's price. The Bear's tray and neck label will be made again with the chosen new name printed on them. Priced per Bear.

*Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays.

Whether it's for a couple, twins, parents, siblings or friends, you can have two small bears sharing a tray!

Any two small bears ordered can go in the same tray, with special wording and/or names printed on the tray and neck labels ...
