You've not got long to order!!

If you'd like a custom teddy bear, hoop or chunky made in time for Christmas, PLEASE order early. No new custom orders will be accepted during December at all, and if I get to capacity on custom orders by the middle of November, the final date could be even earlier.


It's only me, Sarah, doing everything, so please understand that handmade takes time, plus I have everything else to maintain for my little business.

Custom-order bears, chunky letters and hoops take a while to make. Currently, there's a 4-week wait for custom orders. Please order early... and be patient. 😁🩷

CUSTOM TEDDY BEAR, ORDER FORM

This is simply a request for an order - no payment details are taken whatsoever until your order has been fully processed and agreed.

If I am able to make your bear with the requested specs, you will be notified and invoiced for the order. There will be a full breakdown of all elements you have asked for and costs where applicable. If you agree to all the invoice information and you're happy to go ahead, there will be a payment link on the invoice for you to pay online at your convenience. Please note, an order only becomes 'live' once full payment has been received. That is also when the lead time starts. If you change your mind, there is no obligation to place the order even after you have received the invoice.

If there are any elements you've asked for which might be troublesome to do, or if there are any issues with completing an order, I will be in touch.

Custom orders are paid in full before work is started and are exempt from the refund/returns policy unless they are faulty when you receive the item. If you receive an invoice, this must be paid in full before the order is started. Lead times start from the next working day after an order is paid for.

Size up on a hoop design and add your own wording! You can have names, dates or special sentiments added to many of the standard hoop designs. Priced individually, based on the timeframe required and the work involved.

Paid in full via your very own listing, once all the details are confirmed. So long as I have the materials already in stock, hoops are usually ready to collect/dispatched within a week.
