DO YOU MAKE ANY OTHER ANIMALS APART FROM BEARS?

No, for now, it’s only teddy bears that are available.

CAN YOU ADD TO OR MAKE CHANGES TO A BEAR?

No changes can be made to any ready-made Bear.

For made-to-order bears, only the Special Edition size can have a pattern sewn onto a bear’s torso (bees, stars, flowers etc), however ALL custom bears have the option to have an initial, star, heart, number or crucifix sewn onto the bottom of a foot. No changes can be made to a bear that will change the Bear’s silhouette because anything that is altering a Bear’s overall shape would need testing to make sure it adheres to UKCA toy safety standards.

DO YOU MAKE MEMORY BEARS?

No, there’s only new, wool felt teddy bears here.

CAN YOU FIX MY POORLY CUDDLY ANIMAL?

No, I’m not able to heal poorly cuddly toys.

ARE ALL THE BEARS MADE SAFE FROM BIRTH TOYS?

YES! All bears, whether ready-made or made-to-order, are always made to the same specifications for their size. I only use the same wool felt suppliers, threads and toy stuffing that passed the UKCA testing. Any changes would mean the whole range needs re-testing.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

No, but check out the Craft Fair dates to see where we are each month.

CAN I HAVE A BEAR MADE TO ORDER?

YES! There are limited spaces for custom orders each month so it’s first come, first served for those. Please order well before you need the item because making bears takes time. Lead time for bears is around 7 to 10 working days although they can be expedited for an extra charge. Click on the button below for more information on Made To Order.

CAN YOU MAKE OTHER ANIMALS IN THE HOOPS?

Ask me! If you have something in mind, I’ll be able to tell you if it’s possible. Under no circumstances are copyright characters used, not even as a mock / lookalike version… There’s no Disney here!

WILL YOU DONATE STUFF FOR A CHARITY EVENT?

No: I already support charities of my choice through my business.

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?

No. Every variety of product I make takes the same amount of time to create regardless of how many are ordered, so there’s never a discount for bulk orders. 

CAN I CALL YOU TO DISCUSS A CUSTOM ORDER I'D LIKE TO PLACE?

I only accept custom orders and enquiries in the following ways:

1. Via my website contact page.

2. A website listing.

3. Email.

4. Text/WhatsApp message.

5. In-person at craft fairs so I can write all the information down.

Custom Orders MUST be submitted in written form ONLY.

ARE CUSTOM ORDERS PAID IN FULL BEFORE WORK IS STARTED OR IS IT JUST A DEPOSIT?

Once all the details are confirmed, usually custom orders are paid for at the time of ordering. If there is any personalisation, full payment is always required before anything is started. Payments for custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, as per the terms and conditions.
